Enjoy this delicious pâté as an anytime-snack on fresh bread or serve it as finger food accompanied by salty biscuits and pickled onions or gherkins.

Serves 12 snack portions

Ingredients

  • 1 x 300 g can Bull Brand Corned Meat
  • 1 x 230 g tub cream cheese
  • 10 ml (2 t) mayonnaise
  • 10 ml (2 t) prepared mustard
  • 15 ml (1 T) parsley, chopped
  • 30 ml (2 T) chives or parsley, finely chopped
  • grated rind and juice of ½ a lemon

Method

Chop and heat the Bull Brand Corned Meat. Place in a mixing bowl and mash well with a fork then add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, chives, lemon rind and juice. Mix well and place, in the fridge to set for 1 – 2 hours.
