- 1 x 400g Bull Brand Chili Mince
- 3 White Tortilla Wraps
- 1/2 cup cheese, grated
- Bring a pot of oil to frying temperature of 170°C.
- Cut the tortilla wraps into 8ths – creating triangles.
- Place the cut tortilla chips into the oil and fry until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oil and place onto paper towel.
- Warm the oven to 180°C.
- In a baking tray place the tortilla chips and dollop the mince over the chips and top with the grated cheese.
- Place into the oven for 5-10 mins. until the cheese has melted.
- Optional: Serve with cream cheese and coriander.
