Savoury mince cabbage parcels .

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x 400g Bull Brand Savoury Mince
  • 8 x Large Green Cabbage leaves
  • 1/2 tin Rhodes Chopped Tomatoes

METHOD

  1. Bring apot of water to a boil.
  2. Blanch each cabbage leaf for 30 secs. remove and pat dry.
  3. Fill the leaves with the mince and roll into parcels.
  4. Place the chopped tomato into a baking tray and top with the cabbage parcels.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180C for 10 mins.
