INGREDIENTS
- 1 x 400g Bull Brand Savoury Mince
- 8 x Large Green Cabbage leaves
- 1/2 tin Rhodes Chopped Tomatoes
METHOD
- Bring apot of water to a boil.
- Blanch each cabbage leaf for 30 secs. remove and pat dry.
- Fill the leaves with the mince and roll into parcels.
- Place the chopped tomato into a baking tray and top with the cabbage parcels.
- Bake in the oven at 180C for 10 mins.
