INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can Bull brand corned meat – cubed
  • 1 onion – chopped
  • 1 can Rhodes Quality chopped and peeled tomato
  • 1 can Rhodes Quality black beans
  • 1 can Rhodes Quality butter beans
  • 1 tsp Bull Brand beef seasoning
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 4 slices white bread (optional)

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC
  2. In a frying pan, fry the chopped onion until soft.
  3. Add the Bull Brand corned meat and continue frying until brown.
  4. Add the can of Rhodes Quality tomatoes. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer until some of the liquid has evaporated
  5. Once reduced, add the can of Rhodes Quality butter beans, Rhodes Quality black beans, and Bull Brand beef seasoning.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and place into an oven-proof dish.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve alongside some thick slices of white bread and butter. (optional)
