This quick-and-easy meal combines convenient Bull Brand Meatballs with sweet peppers. Add garlic and chilli to the gravy for for extra aroma and heat.
- 1 onion, sliced
- 15 ml (1 T) sunflower oil
- 1 sweet pepper, cut into large cubes
- 1 x 400 g can Bull Brand Meatballs in Gravy
- seasoning of your choice
- garlic and chilli (optional)
- Fry the onion in the oil until golden, then add the sweet pepper and continue to fry lightly. When done to your liking, add the Bull Brand Meatballs in Gravy. Season to your own taste and if using, add garlic and chilli to taste. Stir until piping hot then serve with rice, pap, pasta of or mashed potatoes.
