- 1 can Bull brand corned meat – cubed
- 1 onion – chopped
- 1 can Rhodes Quality chopped and peeled tomato
- 1 can Rhodes Quality black beans
- 1 can Rhodes Quality butter beans
- 1 tsp Bull Brand beef seasoning
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- 4 slices white bread (optional)
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC
- In a frying pan, fry the chopped onion until soft.
- Add the Bull Brand corned meat and continue frying until brown.
- Add the can of Rhodes Quality tomatoes. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer until some of the liquid has evaporated
- Once reduced, add the can of Rhodes Quality butter beans, Rhodes Quality black beans, and Bull Brand beef seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper and place into an oven-proof dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve alongside some thick slices of white bread and butter. (optional)
