INGREDIENTS
- 1 can Bull brand corned meat – cubed
- 1 onion – chopped
- 1 can Rhodes Quality creamed style sweetcorn
- 1 tbsp Bull Brand Chicken Flavoured Seasoning
- 500ml water
- 3 medium sized potatoes (cubed)
- 4 slices white bread (optional)
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC
- Place your pizza bases on a lightly floured board or a clean kitchen counter
- Spread the tomato paste onto the surface of the dough leaving a 1cm space around the edge.
- In a frying pan, fry the chopped onion until soft. Add the Bull Brand corned meat and continue frying until brown and crispy.
- Add the chicken flavoured seasoning, water and cubed potatoes and cook on a low heat until the potatoes have softened.
- Add the Rhodes Quality creamed style sweetcorn and reduce heat further
- Once reduced, season with salt and pepper
- Serve alongside some slices of white bread and butter. (optional)
