INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can Bull brand corned meat – cubed
  • 1 onion – chopped
  • 1 can Rhodes Quality creamed style sweetcorn
  • 1 tbsp Bull Brand Chicken Flavoured Seasoning
  • 500ml water
  • 3 medium sized potatoes (cubed)
  • 4 slices white bread (optional)

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC
  2. Place your pizza bases on a lightly floured board or a clean kitchen counter
  3. Spread the tomato paste onto the surface of the dough leaving a 1cm space around the edge.
  4. In a frying pan, fry the chopped onion until soft. Add the Bull Brand corned meat and continue frying until brown and crispy.
  5. Add the chicken flavoured seasoning, water and cubed potatoes and cook on a low heat until the potatoes have softened.
  6. Add the Rhodes Quality creamed style sweetcorn and reduce heat further
  7. Once reduced, season with salt and pepper
  8. Serve alongside some slices of white bread and butter. (optional)
