Bull Brand Corned Meat Potato Rosti Take your lunches to the next level with our Bull Brand Corned Meat Potato Rosti. A crowd favourite that will leave you coming back for seconds.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 can Bull Brand Corned Meat – cut into 0.5cm cubes
  • 3 large potatoes – peeled and grated
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine – melted
  • 1 tsp. Hinds dried mixed herbs
  • Seasoning

METHOD

  1. In a frying pan, place the oil and the diced Bull Brand onto a medium heat and fry until browned.
  2. Set aside to cool.
  3. Using a potato peeler, peel the potatoes and grate using a cheese grater. Squeeze out any excess water from the potatoes.
  4. Place the grated potatoes and the melted margarine into a bowl
  5. Season with the Hinds dried mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Combine well.
  6. Add the cooled Bull Brand and mix.
  7. Place the mixture into a skillet and press down firmly.
  8. Over a medium heat, fry the potato rosti until golden brown and crisp before turning it over and frying the other side.
  9. Place onto a wooden board, garnish with thyme sprig, serve and enjoy
