INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp. oil
1 can Bull Brand Corned Meat – cubed into 4cm
2 large onions, sliced
6 carrots, peeled and cut into 2cm rounds
3 dried bay leaves
2 tsp. Hinds dried mixed herbs
1 can Rhodes Quality chopped and peeled tomatoes and garlic
2-3 tbsp Bisto gravy powder
1 ½ cups water
1 packet of brown onion soup powder
300 g baby potatoes, cut into quarters
Sugar to taste
Freshly ground salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180ËšC .
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the Bull Brand corned meat cubes.
Once slightly browned, remove from the pan and set aside.
In a casserole dish, fry the onions until soft and translucent.
