Bull Brand Corned Meat Pull Apart Bread Our Bull Brand Corned Meat Pull Apart Bread is the epitome of convenience and flavour. Picture warm, crusty bread infused with savoury Bull Brand Corned Meat, aromatic herbs, and gooey cheddar cheese.


  • 1 loaf pot bread (ciabatta or sourdough)
  • 3 Tbsp margarine – melted
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 white onion – finely chopped
  • 1 can Bull Brand Corned Meat – cut into 0.5cm cubes
  • 1 tsp Hinds paprika
  • 1 tsp Hinds Mixed Herbs
  • 1 tsp Hinds Potato Spice
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese – grated
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce (optional)
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Remove the loaf of bread from the outer packaging and cut at a diagonal until halfway through. Turn and cut in the opposite direction
  3. Brush the bread with the melted margarine and place onto the prepared baking tray
  4. In a frying pan, fry the onion and Bull Brand in the oil.
  5. Add the paprika, mixed herbs and potato spice.
  6. Allow to cook for 5 minutes until combined.
  7. Spoon the Bull Brand mixture into the grooves of the loaf of bread and top with the grated cheese.
  8. Place it into the oven to baking for 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the loaf is crisp.
  9. Remove from the oven, place it onto a board and top with the chopped parsley (optional).
  10. Add tomato sauce as an optional dipping sauce.
  11. Serve warm by pulling apart the grooves.
