- 1 can Bull brand corned meat
- 1 onion – chopped
- 1 can Rhodes Quality mixed vegetables
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- dipping sauce of choice
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC
- Fry the chopped onion until soft and starts to turn a light brown colour. Place into a bowl.
- Add the Bull Brand corned meat, the egg, breadcrumbs, brown sugar, and canned vegetables.
- Using clean hands, combine all the ingredients, breaking up the vegetables if to chunks.
- The mixture needs to be able to bind together and hold its shape.
- Season to taste and then transfer into a loaf tin. Press down until firmly set
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs (optional) and a dipping sauce of your choice.
