Bull Brand Mexican Curried Mince Wraps This recipe combines the richness of Bull Brand's curried mince with Hinds Peri-Peri spice, Rhodes Quality black beans, and fresh toppings. Quick and easy to make, these wraps are the perfect choice for weekday or weekend meals.


  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 1 can Bull Brand curried mince
  • 1 tbsp Hinds Peri-Peri spice
  • 1 can Rhodes Quality Black beans – drained
  • 1 tomato – diced
  • 4 sprigs coriander
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise (optional)


  1. In a frying pan, over a medium heat, add the Bull Brand Curried Mince and the Hinds Peri-Peri spice.
  2. Fry for 3 minutes before adding the drained Rhodes Quality black beans.
  3. Allow to simmer for 4 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
  4. In a clean pan, dry toast the tortilla wraps until soft.
  5. Spoon the curried mince mixture into the wrap.
  6. Top with the diced tomatoes, fresh coriander and a drizzle of the mayonnaise (optional)
  7. Season with salt and pepper and fold the wrap.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
