Chili Mince Burrito .

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x 400g Bull Brand Chili Mince
  • 1/2 cup Basmati Rice
  • 1 tbsp Salt, fine
  • 1/2 tin Rhodes Three Bean
  • 1 x White Tortilla Wrap
  • 1/4 cup Cheese, grated

METHOD

  1. Heat the Bull Brand Chili Mince in a pan.
  2. Mix in the Rhodes Three Beans.
  3. Simmer everything for 2 mins.
  4. Cook rice in a pot with 2 cups water and salt.
  5. Once the rice is tender, drain the rice.
  6. Place the toritlla wrap on a board and fill with the chili mince and bean mix and top with some rice and cheese.
  7. Roll up into a burrito and toast in the pan for 2 mins a side.
  8. Remove from the pan and cut in half.
