Chili Mince Loaded Fries .

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x 450g Bull Brand Chili Mince
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Cheese, grated

METHOD

  1. Preheat a pot of oil to 170°C.
  2. Cut the potatoes into chips.
  3. Fry the chips until golden and crispy.
  4. Heat the Chili Mince in a pan.
  5. In a baking tray add the fried chips and top with the mince.
  6. Top with the grated cheese and place into the oven for 5 mins.
  7. or until the cheese has melted.
