Chili Mince Nachos .


  • 1 x 400g Bull Brand Chili Mince
  • 3 White Tortilla Wraps
  • 1/2 cup cheese, grated


  1. Bring a pot of oil to frying temperature of 170°C.
  2. Cut the tortilla wraps into 8ths – creating triangles.
  3. Place the cut tortilla chips into the oil and fry until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from the oil and place onto paper towel.
  5. Warm the oven to 180°C.
  6. In a baking tray place the tortilla chips and dollop the mince over the chips and top with the grated cheese.
  7. Place into the oven for 5-10 mins. until the cheese has melted.
  8. Optional: Serve with cream cheese and coriander.
