INGREDIENTS
- 1 can Rhodes Quality Butter Beans
- 1 can Rhodes Quality Red Speckled Sugar Beans
- 1 can Bull Brand Corned Beef, cubed
- 1 Tbsp Oil for cooking
- 1 can Rhodes Quality whole kennel corn, drained of all liquid
- 1 cup cabbage, shaved
- 1 whole avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup picked coriander
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
METHOD
- Open both cans of Rhodes Quality beans, drain and rinse. Set aside
- Place a frying pan on a medium heat, fry the Bull Brand Corned Beef cubes in oil. Set aside
- Add a mixture or the Rhodes Quality Butter Beans and Rhodes Quality Red Speckled Sugar Beans to the bottom of each bowl
- On top of the beans and around the bowl, place the avocado, corn, the fried, Bull Brand corned beef and the shaved cabbage
- Garnish with coriander
