INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp oil
- ½ onion sliced
- 1 Tbsp garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 can Rhodes Quality Black Beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 can of Rhodes Quality Chopped and Peeled tomatoes
- 1 can of Bull Brand Corned meat
- Salt & pepper for seasoning
- 2 cups cooked rice
METHOD
- Place a large pot on a medium heat and fry your onions in oil until soft
- Add the garlic, chilli powder, cumin & paprika to the onions and combine
- Add the black beans, Bull Brand Corned Meat cubes, chopped and peeled tomatoes to the onion mix
- Combine thoroughly and bring to a simmer
- Reduce the heat and allow the chilli to reduce slightly until thickened, season as needed.
- Serve of a bed of rice
