INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • ½ onion sliced
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 can Rhodes Quality Black Beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1 can of Rhodes Quality Chopped and Peeled tomatoes
  • 1 can of Bull Brand Corned meat
  • Salt & pepper for seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked rice

METHOD

  1. Place a large pot on a medium heat and fry your onions in oil until soft
  2. Add the garlic, chilli powder, cumin & paprika to the onions and combine
  3. Add the black beans, Bull Brand Corned Meat cubes, chopped and peeled tomatoes to the onion mix
  4. Combine thoroughly and bring to a simmer
  5. Reduce the heat and allow the chilli to reduce slightly until thickened, season as needed.
  6. Serve of a bed of rice
