INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can Bull Brand Corned Meat, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1x Bay leaf
  • 2x carrots, peeled & chopped
  • 2 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 1 x onion, chopped
  • 1x potato, cut into large cubes
  • 2 cups Bull Brand Chicken Flavoured Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper

METHOD

  1. Place a medium sized heavy bottomed pot over medium heat
  2. Place you oil, onions, bay leaf & carrots into the pot and lightly fry until the onions are soft
  3. Add the cabbage, potatoes & Bull Brand Corned Meat to the pot and combine
  4. Top with the Bull Brand chicken flavoured seasoning and allow to simmer until the vegetable are cooked through, roughly 20 mins
  5. Season to taste and serve warm
