- 1 can Bull Brand Corned Meat, cubed
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 2 cups Rice, cooked & cooled
- 1x Onion, diced
- 1 cup frozen mixed veg, thawed
- Salt & Pepper
- Place a large pan on a medium to high heat.
- Add your oil, thawed mixed veg, fry quickly stirring often.
- Add your Bull brand Corned Meat and rice.
- Continue to fry on a medium to high heat stirring & tossing constantly until well combined and the rice begins to toast lightly.
- Season with salt & pepper, even a splash of soy sauce if you have available.
- Serve on a platter & enjoy.
