INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can Bull Brand Corned Meat, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 cups Rice, cooked & cooled
  • 1x Onion, diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed veg, thawed
  • Salt & Pepper

METHOD

  • Place a large pan on a medium to high heat.
  • Add your oil, thawed mixed veg, fry quickly stirring often.
  • Add your Bull brand Corned Meat and rice.
  • Continue to fry on a medium to high heat stirring & tossing constantly until well combined and the rice begins to toast lightly.
  • Season with salt & pepper, even a splash of soy sauce if you have available.
  • Serve on a platter & enjoy.
