INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 2 cans Bull Brand Corned Meat cut into strips
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp ginger, crushed
- 3 Tbsp Chutney
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Pakco masala curry powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 Potatoes, cooked & cubed
- 1 cup peas, frozen
- 4 Ready-made Roti’s
METHOD
- Add oil in a large thick bottomed pan over medium-high heat.
- Add in the onion, cook until soft and golden.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, masala curry powder, coriander and cumin, stirring well
- Add the Bull Brand Corned Meat strips, potatoes, peas, chutney & water
- Bring to a simmer and lower the heat.
- Allow the curry to reduce by half
- Toast your roti’s in a dry pan to warm through
- Fill the warmed roti’s with the curry, roll and serve.
