INGREDIENTS
- 1 x 450g Bull Brand Curried Mince
- 1 Onion
- 3-4 Potatoes
- 1 tsp Pakco Masala
METHOD
- Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters.
- Place a pot of water onto a high heat and boil the potatoes unti just tender.
- In a pan sauté an onion then add the Masala.
- Add the curried mince and the tender drained potatoes.
- Optional: Serve with fresh chili.
