INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 onion – chopped
  • 1 can Bull Brand corned meat – cubed
  • 1 can Rhodes Quality Mixed vegetables
  • 1 tbsp Pakco Curry Powder
  • cup Tastic rice – cooked
  • Sides and Sauce of choice (optional)

METHOD

  1. In a saucepan, using a bit of oil, fry the onion until soft and slightly brown.
  2. Add the can of Bull Brand corned meat cubes and cook until browned
  3. Add the can of Rhodes Quality vegetables along with the Pakco Durban curry powder.
  4. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes and season to taste with salt and pepper
  5. Serve with cooked rice with various optional components such as sliced banana or Mrs. Balls Chutney.
