Savoury Mince, Corn and Rice Bake .

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x 450g Bull Brand Savoury Mince
  • 1/2 x 400 g Rhodes Whole Corn Kernels
  • 1 cup Basmati
  • 1 tbsp Salt, fine
  • 1/4 cup Grated Cheese

METHOD

  1. Heat the Bull Brand Savoury Mince in a pan and add the corn.
  2. Cook the white rice 3 cups of water in a pot and 1 tbsp. of salt.
  3. Cook for 20 to 30 mins.
  4. Once the rice is cooked drain it.
  5. Mix the cooked rice with the mince and corn mixture.
  6. Place into a baking dish and add cheese on top.
  7. Bake until the cheese has melted.
