Savoury Mince, Corn and Rice Bake

- 1 x 450g Bull Brand Savoury Mince
- 1/2 x 400 g Rhodes Whole Corn Kernels
- 1 cup Basmati
- 1 tbsp Salt, fine
- 1/4 cup Grated Cheese
- Heat the Bull Brand Savoury Mince in a pan and add the corn.
- Cook the white rice 3 cups of water in a pot and 1 tbsp. of salt.
- Cook for 20 to 30 mins.
- Once the rice is cooked drain it.
- Mix the cooked rice with the mince and corn mixture.
- Place into a baking dish and add cheese on top.
- Bake until the cheese has melted.
