Savoury Mince Jacket Potatoes .

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x 450g Bull Brand Savoury Mince
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Cheese grated

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Scrub the potatoes well and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. Poke the potatoes with a fork a few times to create small holes across their surfaces.
  3. Place them on a baking sheet and transfer them to the hot oven to bake for 1 hour.
  4. Heat up the Bull Brand Savoury Mince in a pan.
  5. Cut a cross into the baked potatoes and top with the mince and grated cheese.
