Savoury Mince Jacket Potatoes

- 1 x 450g Bull Brand Savoury Mince
- 2 Potatoes
- 1/4 cup Cheese grated
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Scrub the potatoes well and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- Poke the potatoes with a fork a few times to create small holes across their surfaces.
- Place them on a baking sheet and transfer them to the hot oven to bake for 1 hour.
- Heat up the Bull Brand Savoury Mince in a pan.
- Cut a cross into the baked potatoes and top with the mince and grated cheese.
