Savoury Mince Potato Dumplings

- 1 x 400g Bull Brand Savoury Mince
- 4 x Potato
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 2 x Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt, fine
- Peel the potatoes.
- Add them to a pot of water and boil until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and then mash them and add the flour, baking powder, egg, and salt.
- Work into a stiff but smooth dough.
- Place a spoonful of meat filling in the middle.
- Fold the edges over the filling and close the dumpling.
- Place the stuffed dumplings in boiling, salted water.
- Cover the pot with a lid and cook at low heat for 15 minutes.
