Savoury Mince Potato Dumplings .


  • 1 x 400g Bull Brand Savoury Mince
  • 4 x Potato
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 x Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt, fine


  1. Peel the potatoes.
  2. Add them to a pot of water and boil until tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and then mash them and add the flour, baking powder, egg, and salt.
  4. Work into a stiff but smooth dough.
  5. Place a spoonful of meat filling in the middle.
  6. Fold the edges over the filling and close the dumpling.
  7. Place the stuffed dumplings in boiling, salted water.
  8. Cover the pot with a lid and cook at low heat for 15 minutes.
