Savoury Mince with Rhodes Peas Cottage Pie .

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x 450g Bull Brand Savoury Mince
  • 1/2 tin Rhodes Peas
  • 500 g Potato
  • 2 tbsp Margarine
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Peel the potatoes.
  3. Add the peeled potatoes to a pot of water and bring to a boil.
  4. Boil the potatoes until they are tender.
  5. Drain the potatoes and mash them until smooth.
  6. Add the milk, margarine and salt.
  7. In a baking tray add the savoury mince and peas and mix to combine.
  8. Top with the mashed potato and bake in the oven for 20 mins. until golden and bubbly.
