Savoury Mince with Rhodes Peas Cottage Pie

- 1 x 450g Bull Brand Savoury Mince
- 1/2 tin Rhodes Peas
- 500 g Potato
- 2 tbsp Margarine
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Peel the potatoes.
- Add the peeled potatoes to a pot of water and bring to a boil.
- Boil the potatoes until they are tender.
- Drain the potatoes and mash them until smooth.
- Add the milk, margarine and salt.
- In a baking tray add the savoury mince and peas and mix to combine.
- Top with the mashed potato and bake in the oven for 20 mins. until golden and bubbly.
